Abstract This report compares the workplace experiences of employees from disparate age groups, generations and career tenures using data from the Age & Generations Study. This study, conducted by the Sloan Center on Aging & Work, was designed and implemented in collaboration with forward-thinking employers to gather information about contemporary multi-generational work teams. Over 2,200 employees participated in the study, providing rich information about their employment experiences.
