Brief Bio

Bob Konrad is a Senior Fellow at the Cecil G. Sheps Center for Health Services Research and Senior Research Scientist at the UNC Institute on Aging where he directs a career development program for nursing assistants, the Workforce Improvement for Nursing Assistants: Supporting Training, Education, and Payment for Upgrading Performance (WIN-A-STEP-UP). He also is a co director of the National Evaluation Office for the Jobs to Careers Program, a project of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
