
Susan Coppola, MS, OTR/L, BCG, FAOTA is an Associate Professor of Occupational Science, teaching in the areas of OT practice environments and Aging. She serves in interdisciplinary geriatric education as team preceptor with the Hubbard program of home visits to older adults and with the Certificate in Aging Advisory Board. She chaired the panel to develop national Board Certification in Gerontology for occupational therapists in 2004-2006, and is on the Board of Directors for Carolina Meadows Retirement Community. Her publications and presentations focus on meaningful occupations of older adults and best practice in gerontology.
