Mission/Description

The Center for Research on Chronic Illness has been funded by the National Institute of Nursing Research (NIH) since 1994 to promote excellence in nursing research. The center includes 24 federally funded research projects, a pilot study program, and a range of services to advance research on preventing and managing chronic illness in vulnerable people.
